Love the outdoor seating, it's a huge perk! Decent prices and the staff is fairly friendly. Good place to go to just chill with friends.

Came from Michigan to visit a friend and we stopped in here after she got off work. Cute neighborhood. Super friendly staff. Be prepared to have your i.d on you because they do check before allowing you upstairs. The stairs were a little steep and narrow but really not a problem. We ordered 2 red bulls & a Pirate Cove with Strawberry Hookah that was phenomenal! The only reason why they're losing a star is because it was FRIGGIN FREEZING inside. Our toes were frozen! Id be back though for sure!

Sadly, I feel like this place has definitely fallen down in standards since I've last been. I looooved the vacuum tips they once gave - but alas, it seems these are no more and they downgraded to the normal rounded tips. Not only that, but the service was pretty lackluster. It kind of felt like it was run by a bunch of teenagers - who did seem happy to help - but it almost felt like you had to barge in and break up their shindig everytime you wanted service. WOMP. I really liked this place when it first opened. The owners seemed really proud of their products and establishment. What happened :(

Old town E.C, you need a better hookah bar! I wanted to like this place, tucked away in the historic row... Terrible seating (crowded padded benches, cheap tables). Dirty lobby/service area (one filthy bathroom). Mouthy (no-- really!) teenage staff who kept the the lobby filled with their friends. Great music could have helped, but it was really awful. Too-loud alternating slow pop/aggressive rap music, playing from a YouTube list on a lobby big screen (where there is no seating). $20-$25 is the base price... the hookah was decent, nothing special. Disappointing!

This place has taken a severe hit in terms of quality. The old management ran the place much better and were very attentive to the customers. Now, it feels like it's run by a bunch of teenagers who get annoyed when you ask for anything. I had to wait over 30 minutes for another round of coals last time I was here. Definitely not coming back again until they step up their management and hire some people who actually are willing to help out. Waiting 30 minutes for coals is ridiculous for a hookah lounge charging $20 per hookah.

I wouldn't smoke there for free. Hookah was terrible it literary took 6 coco coals for me to a little bit of smoke. There was no smoke the hookah it self was bad the guy himself said he gave us 2 bad hookahs. Waste of time and waste of 20$. Save your money and time and go some place a further to get better quality Shisha.

This place desperately needs a manager there at all times. Who can rely on teenagers to run anything? I sat with no coal on my hookah for 30 min! The girl finally comes up and says "sorry! The internet consumed me" very professional.... Needless to say I will not be back!

The Location is gorgeous I love going there in the summer, where you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze while smoking a hookah by the river. I like the fact they take requests, but I don't like the interior of this place its small and stuffy so I only go there in the summer time when we can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Also, the staff are a bunch of teenagers that are not professional. they will be inside smoking hookah, sitting on one another in front of the clerk area. There have been a few time where i have had to go and tell them the Cole needs to be changed.

Don't waste your time. Hole in the wall in every aspect of the term.. They're just lucky i can't leave anything less then one star

Walked in, got seated, looked at the menu, and walked right out. The room we were seated was small and dead. Two other parties were there and we each occupied our own little corner. This is the first place I've gone to that charged as much as $20 for regular and $25 for premium hookah. If the atmosphere was better I would've tried it out but I didn't feel comfortable enough to stay.

Came on a rainy day, so there weren't that many groups. Really perfect though. Good music selection that night. Service was great, attentive, and super friendly. As for the hookah itself, my friend and I ordered a wildberry mint, pretty good! The smoke was smooth and full. If regular is already that good, the ones with real fruit must be amazing. Apparently it's the only one in the area? Regardless, this is a place I would come back to again. Friendly service goes a long way. Also location is convenient. Large parking area right outside and really close to the bars.

I came here a couple weeks ago for a girls night out with a party of seven and we had a blast! One of the identical twin owners introduced us to smoking shisha out of whole fruit. He combined white grape and strawberry shisha inside of cored pineapple, claiming that the fruit's juices would infuse for a more intense flavor. Twas amazing! The service was a bit slow at times, but overall very friendly. I also like how the owners made use of a tight space. Like other reviewers noted, it's sort of hard to find. It's located off of Main Street in Old Elliott City, but you enter through the back from the parking lot. The lounge encompasses three floors that are connected by a winding staircase. Each dimly lit floor is outfitted with leather (or leatherish) benches and wooden tables. This open design prevents feeling claustrophobic in this small venue. There are also lots of windows for extra ventilation, or people watching. I would have given this place 5 stars, but I found two major faults. First, they don't have a liquor license. When we asked the owners about it, they said they're working on it. Secondly, the music was kind of wack. There isn't a DJ, so the music is controlled by the employees' iGadgets. Sure, they played some old school jams... but at some point I heard Jack Johnson. Last time I checked, Banana Pancakes don't get the party popping!

I have no idea how this place is getting good reviews. I went here with my friend and her boyfriend on a Friday night and was very disappointed. First we come in and see a bunch of teenagers smoking hookah in a small room, they must own the place or something, never saw any one over 18 in charge here. Then we ask for a table and they take us upstairs to a small pitch dark room. There were four tables in a little room all with uncomfortable benches. We used our phones to look at the menu. Then after waiting 10 minutes with no one asking us even drink orders we go down to see why. Turns out they completing forget they ever seated us. We then tried to order food down there to make sure it got in, except they actually do not even sell food here. They told us the menu they have is for a bar down the street, and told us to walk there to get it and bring it back. Then we just decided to just order the hookah and go out to eat later. We order the hookah and go back upstairs to the small dark room. After 15 more minutes of waiting and no one ever coming up we just gave up and decided to leave. As we were walking out they asked why we were leaving, and we said we were tired of waiting and never getting service. They claimed they were waiting for the coals to heat up, but every hookah bar I have been too that does not take so long and if it was going to take so long they should have at least brought us some water and told us we were going to have to wait even longer. I wasted 25 minutes of my life in this place, and never plan on going back. There is no food here, they do not allow alcohol, and it is terrible service. I recommend avoiding this place.

I'm glad there is finally a hookah bar in Old EC - but it's unfortunate that the location is so small. They are just now opening so they are ironing out kinks. It's worth going to and I'll be back. They don't have a huge assortment of tobacco flavors, but you can mix flavors and its relatively cheap - $20 for the first hookah and $10 for a refill.

This place is dope. I loved all the suggestions they had with the hooka favors. Once we chose our custom blend they just told us to go relax and we will handle the rest. They did exactly that. I'm definitely coming back here.

This place has just gotten better since last year! Great service and atmosphere. One of the best places to hang out, especially in Ellicott city.

My favorite hookah bar in Maryland, if not ever. This is the most comfortable hookah bar ive ever been to. the rooms are small which gives it a cozy feeling. The 3 story building seems to be from the 1700-1800's, which gives the bar a really laid back vibe too. Black lights and loud music. Wonderful service and the pricing is very average. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is great for summer time. They let you control the music if you get friendly with the managers.

Quaint little place located in the heart of historic Ellicott City. It was nice to have someplace local to go to instead of having to travel deep into the city for a night out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the one room they have for now is so small it bordered on being cramped. Furthermore, I got sticker shock when I saw the price of the hookahs. $25 for one!!! That's insane! For that I can go to the mall and buy my own tub of tobacco and smoke for days. It could use a little ambience, but I attribute that deficit to the fact that it's a new place and they're just getting things going. Would I go back? I'd love to but I don't think I can afford it!

my friend took me there tonight for the first time...I was excited at first...The hookah was okay. The people in same room were social...anyways i had to ask to add a little bit more water in the vase and the way he put it in,i wasnt happy with it because he took the hose out and poured a little water in it. There is no snacks, coffee, tea n just a hookah menu n drinks which was resonable...i wouldn't recommend this to others but i didnt like how i walked in and theres 3 guys smoking hookah infront of the tv, once u open the door..Not professional. Also, on the menu it doesnt say the brandname of the Tobacco, which is really important.I wouldn't go back.

This past weekend was my second time here and I absolutely love the atmosphere here. It's makes for an intimate setting where we spent time inside but were also able to sit outside after the rain cleared. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would certainly suggest this place to friends and can't wait to go back!
